1. The spindle of headstock adopt through-type structure, which is supported by high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearing, with high precision and good stability.

2. The spindle transmission is driven by AC spindle motor or DC motor, mechanical two-gears, speed stepless within gear, with wide speed range, good adaptability.

3. The machine bed adopts an integral three guide rail or integral four guide rail, ground precisely, the surface of main guide rail is subject to medium frequency quenching treatment, hardness up to HRC50.

4. The tailstock adopts upper and lower split structure, the mandrel inside of sleeve adopts high precision double row short cylindrical roller bearing with adjustable radial clearance; The movement of sleeve and tailstock are motorized and equipped with a force measuring device.

5. The horizontal movements of tool turret adopts ball screw and high-precision rack and double tooth rod clearance-elimination structure is adopted for longitudinal movement, which improves the transmission accuracy of the tool turret.

6. The machine is equipped with walking platform and suspension type button station, convenient for operation.

7. The quantity of open-type and closed-type center rest can be Equipped according to customer’s requirements.

8. This machine is equipped with SIEMENS 828D CNC system, other brand CNC system is optional.

9. Double tool turret, milling and boring device, grinding device, chips conveyor, cutter cooling system etc. can be equipped according to customer’s requirements.
