Polyester Needle Felt

Polyester needle felt is made of polyester fiber, viscose fiber, etc., through a needle punching process. The surface of the needle punched felt can be treated by ironing process to be flat and lint-free. It can be used for car seat cushions, thermal insulation products and air filtration and so on.

Features

1. Polyester needle felt is used to filter air with staggered and uniformly distributed fine short fibers, with a porosity of 70%, which is twice that of woven filter cloth.

2. High dust removal efficiency and low gas emission concentration.

3. The surface of polyester needle-punched felt is hot-rolled and singed or coated to make it flat and smooth, not easy to be blocked, not deformed, easy to clean dust, and has a long service life.

4. The anti-static needle felt has the function of anti-corrosion and preventing the electrostatic discharge of blast furnace gas and coal mill bag dust collected in cement plants, and deriving static electricity.
